Fukui - Part 2 Dinosaur City 福井市の恐龙之旅

Suddenly felt very hungry when reached the rest station. Ate the Melon bread I bought last night at the train station  A bit too sweet ~

Snowy condition was really bad. I was so amazed by looking at those people

Reached Fukui as planned.

But a bit sick of hopping on to another public transport. Decided to walk in the town before heading to the desire destination. If you watched the Japanese drama you will know Gō: Hime-tachi no Sengoku (姫たちの戦国) which is the Taiga drama for 2011 and the fiftieth Taiga drama. But ho I didn't finish this drama :P
Go is much more pretty in this picture. Maybe I just watched few episodes so still haven't seen the beauty side of her.
Kept my luggage here in the locker first. Heart bleeding to pay for the locker storage fee

Can see how thick I wore??? ^^

Mother
Three sisters

                                What were I doing?
Put on the very special stamp on my book

                      Come. Let's make a wish

Towards the end, suddenly one auntie appeared! She was the staff in an annexed building  (looked like small visitor centre). She volunteered to help me take a photo :) She recommended the walking course in this town. Sad that I have no time to go. Idea timing for Fukui was one day to explore the town attraction. Another one day to explore the countryside. One day was definitely too short

Walked back to the train station. I shopped at 100yen shop for more than 30minutes :P

The traffic light here was very unique. Why? It was music instead of ordinary sound that can hear anywhere else
Suddenly saw the students with uniform. Quickly took out the camera. They noticed  what I did

Limited info on transportation option. I thought I have to spend 3000 yen just for local transport. Luckily the one day pass was only 800yen. This one day pass was only for weekend not for weekdays.

a very special feature of the local train here. I didn't know what shall I call...didn't know why she so scared of me taking photos
You see the trees? I liked those trees. No chance to walk there or take a proper pictures
The lady opposite my seat was a very nice and respect to elderly. She purposely brought her mum (?) there. Am I able to be as nice as her
We waited here for the dinosaur bus

Took note of the bus schedule first. But this was not accurate   or I read wrongly

Jiang jiang...dinosaur bus was there

This was screen A

This was screen B. Dinosaur from screen A suddenly jumped over to the opposite screen B to attack the big big dinosaur

You will know this species if you watched/read doraemon. I liked the shape

Went out from the building to catch the bus back to Fukui to go to Tojinbo. Unfortunately, I needed to wait for another one hour  Why~ How come I can do such kind of mistake. They were group of students there throwing the snow balls. I joined them too. My performance was the worst  The people also laughed at me

Nothing to do after they leaving

Scared to walk across the railway

It's really late when I back to Fukui. Have to give up Tojinbo, this decision really made me heart burn for few days  No matter what, need to hop on to the train to go to Kanazawa. Reached a bit early, I saw 'snow storm' once stepped out from the train stationI think I won't be able to come back to Malaysia if crazily walked in such weather. Walked around the restaurant in the train station to see what can I eat ~ but i felt shy to go into restaurant alone (I won't do this in Malaysia too cause I felt weird ~). In the end, I took my dinner in Yoshinoya though it was full of guys. Kimchi here not nice ( ̄へ ̄)I ate very slow since I have plenty of time.

After one hour only I realised my watch was showing Malaysian time zone instead of Japan time zone. Quickly pay and ran to wait for the host  There was a guy waiting for people at the moment. I wasn't sure whether he was the one I was waiting for  Since he was not saying anything, I kept on waiting...luckily I decided to wait. He wasn't the person I was waiting. The host turned out after few minutes to introduce himself.

Hi, Yuya

He drove me to his house near Tsubata station. Snowing again when we were at the petrol station

A nice traditional style bedroom . I love it

Having a chat with his family. Though I am anti-social type but I enjoy chatting with people too ^^
I also enjoyed to stare at the TV though I can't understand
